Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. For example, Shoes must be returned in their original box, and Couple Sets must be returned with all pieces together.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as pierced earrings or select intimate apparel. Please contact us if you are unsure about your specific item.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@morsecapitalinc.top with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as per the policies of the payment processor.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at the email or address below.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
